The ienationala.ro online store offers a wide range of clothing pieces for the entire family: embroidered clothes, traditional dresses, cardigans and blouses for women, shirts for men and top quality traditional accessories.

1. How do I buy products from www.IEnationala.ro?

IE Nationala sells its products online through online payment services on www.mobilpay.ro. In this way, we can provide our customers with an online payment service that is safe and efficient.

     Using MobilPay

You can buy our products online by following 3 steps:

A) Select the size and product you want to purchase and click on the Add to Cart link; Click the Finalize order button.

B) Enter your personal information.

This information is necessary for the correct and efficient processing of the order you placed. Personal information is not transferred to other third parties, either by IE Nationala or by MobilPay. Be sure to fill the form correctly and indicate the people to be invoiced and delivered to. The email address is of extreme importance because the order information and ordered products will be sent via email. An incorrect email address will slow down the entire ordering process. Moreover, IE Nationala and MobilPay will not be able to contact you and inform you about the status of your order.

If the delivery address is not the same as the billing address, please indicate this by selecting the menu at the end of the form. Choose the desired payment method and confirm the dates by choosing "Next Step".

C) Enter your credit / debit card details:

If you have chosen the "Credit / debit card" payment method, you need to fill in a form with your card information. For credit / debit cards issued under Visa and MasterCard (Visa / Visa Electronic and Mastercard / Maestro), the "3-D Secure" system developed by these organizations is used to provide online transactions with the same level of security as those at the ATM or in the physical realm, directly at the merchant’s location. Payment methods

Intra-Community delivery (EU)

6. RETURNS and Cancellation Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
     The user in his/her quality of consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with IEnationala, without being obliged to specify the reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days (Period of Withdrawal). The Period of Withdrawal expires after 14 days.

    To exercise the right of withdrawal related to an Order, the user shall inform us about the decision of withdrawal, before the expiry of the Period of Withdrawal. To this purpose, the Customer shall contact the IEnationala by e-mail contact@ienationala.ro  indicated the number of the order that he wants. After the procedure is completed, WebsiteOwner will send a confirmation by e-mail, which includes the Return Return Label and the instructions to be followed to send the goods back.

    THE COSTS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING AND EVENTUALLY IMPORT DUTIES (if provided) WILL LWAYS BE AT THE CUSTOMER'S CHARGE UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED DURING PROMOTIONAL PERIODS OF FREE RETURNS. The Product return is made under the user responsibility.  If the user withdraws from the contract, IEnationala will refund the amount paid by the user for the Product – deducted the shipping costs incurred for the return of the Product and any other Import Duties (if provided), except in the case of free returns during promotional periods - without undue delay and however no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which the Product will reach  and the pieces will be checked. The refund will be made by using the same payment method used by the user for the first transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the user; in any case, the user will not incur in any cost because of such refund.
     The security seal applied on the items being returned must not be cut nor broken. The garments must not be worn, washed or altered and must not show any sign of use. The soles of shoes must be in perfect conditions and must not show any type of sign. Each piece must be returned complete in all its original labels, packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received together with the order. All the shoes and accessories must be returned in their original box, which is considered for all intents and purposes an integral part of the product and it must never be damaged and/or altered, nor used as the only external packaging. 

7. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

The content of the site (texts, product descriptions, technical features, images, symbols) is owned by IE NATIONALA and its partners and has been developed in close collaboration with the suppliers of the products presented. For this reason, IE Nationala does not take responsibility for the descriptions of the products presented in our store, that are identical to those made available by the suppliers of each brand. Images are also featured on the site as an example, and the products actually delivered can differ from images in any way (color, accessories, appearance, etc.).

Please keep in mind that most of the product photos are taken in ideal light conditions and have been digitally processed for added image quality. Also, the models used are of ideal size and can be photographed wearing products made specifically in their specific sizes.

IE Nationala can not guarantee the stock availability of all displayed products. For this reason, IE Nationala has the right not to fulfill an order if that specific product is no longer available in the supplier's current offer.

IE Nationala is not responsible for any malfunctions of the products bought in the virtual store. Any complaint will be brought to attention within 14 days of receipt of the products, and will be forwarded to the supplier of those products for settlement. If the products cannot be delivered or are damaged during delivery, the customer may request immediate return of the amounts already received by IE Nationala, but no other additional compensation. By agreeing to this document, the client takes full responsibility for these risks.

Product warranty

The warranty for our products is 30 calendar days. On our website you can find useful information on washing and maintaining the items in question so they do not suffer any damage. In the event of failure to observe the maintenance instructions, warranty claims are lost. In order to prove the purchase of the articles, it is necessary to keep the bill or invoice.

The warranty conditions are in accordance with current legislation. The warranty does not affect the rights conferred by the consumer law and is in accordance with the provisions of the law.
